Epilogue
We are what we do.
If we have survived even just one instance of physical or mental abuse at some point in our lives, what measures us is how we respond to it. We can either focus on the present, or we can raise our gaze to admire the incoming future of a further horizon.
I believe that the techniques outlined here offer a paradigm shift from current Western medical practice. I also believe that they are not new knowledge, but perhaps offer an insight into ancient healing methods. Dr Edward Bach(1) described a group of Indian Bhuddist healers practising in about 500 BC who could perform apparent surgery without surgical instruments or procedures, and I believe that the techniques outlined here show how this can be possible.
Perhaps it is time for an overhaul of our approach to orthodox medical practice and philosophy. All that is required to use these techniques is a simple willingness to understand how to co-operate consciously with your innate subconscious healing response to injury. I believe that once this partnership has been established, an exponential learning experience develops from its continued interaction which also enhances our ordinary cognitive functions and faculties. Consequently, the end result of the application of these injury healing techniques, in terms of our personal intellectual development, may very well be more than the sum of the parts involved in their practice.
I also believe that these techniques are not only responsive to existing soft tissue trauma, but may also be used preventatively for certain forms of illness. Distorted soft tissue cells cannot properly metabolise, excrete their waste products or mitose (reproduce themselves identically for tissue repair and growth). Faulty cell replication can be a precondition for disease – for example, deformed cells can form the nuclei of cancerous tumours – so it would make sense to try to prevent flawed mitosis happening in the first place.
These techniques innovate the futility of intentional contact injury. No matter what impact injuries we have sustained in the past, we now have the self-healing knowledge to release their mental and soft tissue consequences. Whatever violent harm anyone intends to us in the future is pointless, as we can now reverse and eradicate its mental and physical consequences. Neither, any longer, are we subservient to the tyranny of the emotion of fear. The HREaRP technique shows us that fear is not an uncontrollable emotion, but simply a manageable consequence of our physiology.
There are further potential consequences to being able to reset and thereby control the human fear cycle. Mastering this injury release technique means that we could perhaps progress from our default social relationship with others of hostility, fear and paranoid distrust by losing our fear of fear itself. Perhaps we could also finally understand that bullying, intimidation, hitting and killing each other are primitive survival behaviours displayed by animals, and they are inappropriate to the modern social conduct of intelligent, rational, analytical and articulate human beings. Then, perhaps, we would all be closer to the other side of fear. The exit side.
I wish you every success with your use of these techniques, and with the positive resolution of your difficulties. It’s time to finally close the door on unwanted memories, and to embrace new and happier futures. And never forget – you are indestructible, too.
